ORDERING

How can I track my order?

  • We will email you as soon as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
  • If you have a Tribe35.com profile, sign into your account. You'll see which purchases are on the way.

How do I know if ordering online is secure?

To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. You should also verify that the URL for the page you are on includes "https" at the beginning. Most browsers offer additional security alerts also.

What happens when my item is backordered?

Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We will provide you with an approximate ship date at check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we'll email you if the date changes. 

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it is pulled within 15 minutes to prepare for shipping. Therefore, no changes can be made to an order once it is placed.

  • Purchase History: If you have placed an order, you can determine its status, plus check on the order dates and order numbers for items you've purchased previously.

What methods of payment can I use?

Tribe 35 accepts the following:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit cards
  • Shop Pay: Buy Now, Pay in four Interest-Free Installments
  • Pay Pal
  • Tribe 35 eGift Cards: To use online, enter the eGift Card number in the payments section in Checkout. eGift cards don't expire and have no fees.

Do you offer customer rewards programs?

Yes! You can become a member of our Tribe Treasures rewards program for FREE! As a Member, you'll enjoy exciting benefits, plus earn points for every purchase you make with us (and those points add up to Tribe 35 dollars that you can spend on anything you want).

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

SHIPPING

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer three types of shipping, which vary in cost. Standard delivery typically ships in 3-4 business days. Express delivery typically ships in 1-2 business days. Overnight delivery ships the next business day.
